The Anchorage facility is the site of our headquarters and is the consolidation point for the entire state of Alaska. Over 300 of our employees are based in Anchorage, supporting one of the largest transportation networks in the state.
This facility operates seven days a week and handles an average of eleven million pounds of freight per week via LTL, truckload, heavy haul or bulk commodities. Eight full time dispatchers control our fleet of over 175 tractors and 1,000 pieces of trailing equipment, including 44 straight trucks and 50 tractors used exclusively for local pick ups and deliveries. We maintain flatbeds, reefer and dry vans, chassis, drop decks, lowboys, DRA tankers, ISO's, fuel tankers, dry hoppers, sanitary tanks, dollies and pneumatic bulkers. We also maintain the largest lowboy in the state with a capacity of 125 tons.
