Terry Howard | President
Terry Howard has a distinguished career as a leader in the transportation industry, including more than 20 years of experience in fleet maintenance management. Based in Anchorage, Alaska, Terry manages all of Carlile’s operations and activities system wide.
Terry held several senior level positions with Coast Crane prior to joining Carlile Transportation.
Tom Hendrix | VP, Oil and Gas
Tom Hendrix has been part of the Carlile Transportation family since 1992 and has been instrumental in developing our reputation as a premier oil and gas services partner. As Vice President – Oil & Gas, Tom oversees Carlile’s oilfield logistics supply chain accounts in support of explorers and producers in Alaska, Canada, the Lower 48 and Gulf of Mexico.
Tom is a lifelong Alaskan and recognized leader in the Alaska business community. He attended the University of Alaska Fairbanks and is an Emeriti Board Member (Past President) of the Alaska Support Industry Alliance, Chairman of the State of Alaska Oil and Gas Competiveness Review Board and a current Board Member of the Petroleum Club of Anchorage.
Greg Kessler | Vice President, Commercial Development
Greg Kessler leads Carlile Transportation’s sales team to strengthen customer relationships and develop new business opportunities. He has over 15 years of experience in the transportation industry and joined Carlile from sister company Totem Ocean Trailer Express.
Greg earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from St. John’s University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Alaska Anchorage. He is a former board member of both the Resource Development Council of Alaska and the Alaska Support Industry Alliance.
John Armstrong | Vice President, Logistics
John Armstrong leads Carlile Transportation’s logistics involving sister company and other partner assets including air, land a marine capabilities. John has extensive operations and supply chain management experience in the Alaska and Pacific Northwest trades. He is based in Tacoma, Washington.
John worked for sister companies Totem Ocean Trailer Express and Alta Logistics prior to joining Carlile in 2013. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Western Washington University and a Master of Science in Global Supply Chain Management from the University of Alaska Anchorage.
Larry Felix | Vice President, Pricing and Business Admininstration
Larry Felix, based in Tacoma, Washington, oversees Carlile’s commercial development in Alaska and the Lower 48. Guiding new business efforts, he brings more than 30 years of operations and sales experience in the transportation industry to Carlile.
Larry joined Carlile from Oak Harbor Freight Lines in Auburn, Washington, and attended Boise State University.
