New Anchorage Terminal Receiving Rules Starting Monday, April 6th
Carlile’s Anchorage Terminal will implement new rules on Monday, April 6, 2020 in order to uphold social distancing and minimize traffic when customers are loading/unloading freight on the dock.
Anchorage Terminal Receiving Rules
- Stay Near Vehicle & Call Upon Arrival – When you arrive, remain in or near your vehicle and call the phone number posted on the signs.
- Complete Paperwork While in Vehicle – A Carlile Receiving Associate will provide you with the necessary paperwork using a clipboard. Please complete the paperwork while remaining in or near your vehicle.
- Social Distancing – Carlile employees will follow the 6-foot social distancing guidelines.
- Customer Loading & Unloading Assistance – Customers will be allowed to assist with loading and unloading of freight while maintaining social distancing. Customers will not be permitted beyond the designated area just inside the bay door.
When dropping off freight at any Carlile terminal, please pay attention to posted signs and directions.
