ANCHORAGE – Carlile and TOTE Maritime Alaska are keeping an annual holiday
tradition moving forward for Boy Scout Troop 219 in Eagle River. The two companies
have teamed up more than eight years to transport a shipping container filled with
wreaths from Washington to Alaska to help the troop with their annual holiday
fundraiser.

Sherwood Forest farms in Tumwater, Washington provides the wreaths to non-profits as
part of a national fundraising program. The donated transportation from Carlile and
TOTE Maritime Alaska helps the troop to put the money raised toward supporting group
events and excursions.
