ABOUT

We are a 3PL (third-party logistics) warehouse facility that provides storage, inventory management and distribution services to companies that outsource their logistics and supply chain management functions.

We understand our customers’ needs, focus on understanding their process and supply chain, with our experienced team.

Carlile can manage freight with our Warehouse Management System (WMS), or Carlile can work within our customers’ platforms as well.

RECEIVING

All incoming materials are verified and checked for quality and quantity before being sent to storage.

HOW IT WORKS

  • Receiving staff conducts a visual inspection of the delivery before actually offloading, notating signs of damaged products, tampering, or any irregularities.
  • Incoming pallets and/or cases are unloaded, verified against manifest and purchase orders.
  • Items are inspected for quality, quantity and damages
  • The Operations Coordinator receives the receiving papers, enters them into our Warehouse Management System (WMS), and then forwards them to the customer.

ORDER FULFILLMENT

Order fulfillment involves storing products, removing them from stock when an order comes in (picking), getting the order packaged up (packing), and shipping.

WHITE GLOVE DELIVERIES

White glove delivery is a premium logistics service that includes not just the transportation of goods but also careful handling, and removal of packaging at the final destination.

Stairclimber – Our electric stair climber has a capacity of 500 lbs and climbs one step in six seconds.

TOBACCO STAMPING

Tobacco stamping is a process where a licensed vendor receives a stamp from the state after paying excise tax for tobacco products. The stamp is affixed to the tobacco products to indicate that taxes have been paid.

  • RED StampCSU-120, Single Head is our Cigarette Tax Stamping Machine
  • Our Thermal Stamping Machine accommodates standard carton product sizes up to and including 72’s and 120’s
  • Our stamp machine includes carton stop assemblies for precise and repeatable placement of stamps
  • Precision controlled flow valves and a flap sensor. Flap sensors determine if the carton is properly opened, preventing carton damage before stamping.
