Carlile and Naniq Combine Activities Under the Carlile Brand, Expanding Carlile’s Services to Hawaii

December 12, 2025

ANCHORAGE, Alaska – Dec. 12, 2025 – Carlile Transportation, Alaska’s freight network, and Naniq Global Logistics, a leading provider of outsourced logistics and transportation management services, announced they will combine activities effective January 1st, 2026. Moving forward, both companies will go to market as one unified organization under the Carlile brand.

This strategic integration marks a major milestone for Alaska-based Carlile, which will now expand its services into the Hawaii market for the first time. The combined operation includes warehousing in Kapolei and four air gateway locations across Kona, Lihue, Honolulu, and Kauai, providing reliable supply chain solutions to customers in this region.

“We have so much energy and excitement now, building on over 40 years of performance, optimizing our operations and growing our capabilities across Alaska, Hawaii, and the Lower 48,” said Krista Williams, who will lead the organization as President of Carlile.

The new organization structure includes operations under four primary business verticals: Air Gateway Services, Freight Management, MyConnect, and Specialized Trucking. Top service offerings include FTL, LTL, freight forwarding, warehousing, heavy haul trucking, and more.

In total, the newly combined Carlile organization now employs around 870 employees, with 260 in Hawaii and 480 in Alaska, expanding the company’s ability to serve customers with a broader, more efficient, and more connected network.

As Carlile leverages its expanded footprint, the company is continuing to invest in people, processes, and technology. This includes the ongoing growth of MyConnect, Carlile’s package-forwarding solution for consumers and small businesses in Alaska. On December 3, the company introduced intra-state MyConnect shipping, enabling customers to ship packages terminal-to-terminal statewide.

“We are strengthening Carlile like never before. We’ve invested in heavy-haul trucking, we’re growing MyConnect, and it’s only the start,” Williams said. “We have plans to take MyConnect to Hawaii. The Kapolei warehouse will become a Carlile terminal. There’s so much to come, and our customers can expect enhanced service and value at all levels.”

“We are excited for what the future holds as this new organization comes together and can’t wait to get started on January 1,” Williams added.
